Does the recipient know they're being tracked?+
No. Tracking is invisible on their end: there's no banner, footer, or prompt. What you see is engagement data for your own follow-up, kept to your account.
Will security scanners inflate my open counts?+
No. Fast Mail Tracker separates automated security-scanner opens from genuine human engagement, so your numbers reflect real readers rather than robots opening every inbound message.
Do I need to install anything my recipients don't have?+
Only you install Fast Mail Tracker, as a lightweight browser extension. Your recipients need nothing. The tracking rides along with the email you send from Gmail.
What's the difference between the Free, Plus, and Pro plans?+
Every plan shows 100% verified opens with robots filtered out; the accuracy never changes, only how much of the story you see. Free gives you unlimited tracked emails, signal-ramp receipts, instant open alerts, your first verified open with its exact time, link clicks on about 25 emails, roughly 10 tracked PDFs, around 250 basic mass emails, one no-reply reminder, MyCRM contacts, a daily summary, and a 7-day history. Plus adds the full verified timeline (every open, exact times, and re-opens), removes the promotional signature, and brings unlimited link-click tracking, no-reply follow-up reminders, a 60-day history, and a larger tracked-PDF allowance. Pro unlocks seeing exactly who opened your group emails, campaigns and mail merge and scheduled sends, complete history, weekly and monthly reports, unlimited tracked PDFs and eSign and video, email templates, eSignatures with an audit trail, delivery certificates, per-email data deletion, and priority support. During early access, everything is currently unlocked while we launch.
How is Fast Mail Tracker cheaper than other trackers?+
We bill yearly and keep the product focused: one tool that does tracking well. That discipline is what keeps Plus and Pro under two dollars a month, without an enterprise markup.
Can I turn tracking off for a specific email?+
Yes. Tracking is on by default, but you can switch it off per-email whenever you'd rather send dark. The choice is always yours, message by message.
Can I see exactly who opened a group email?+
Yes, on Pro. Group-open tracking sends to a shared To or Cc line and still attributes each open to the individual recipient, so you see exactly who opened it and when, not just that someone did. It's the headline feature of the Pro plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Cancelling stops future charges and returns you to the free plan at the end of your current period. Nothing is deleted. You keep tracking on the free tier's limits, and you can upgrade again anytime.
