From spreadsheet to sent

1

Import your list

Upload a CSV of your recipients. Every column becomes a merge field you can drop into your draft.

2

Write once, personalize everywhere

Compose a single message with placeholders like first name or company. Each recipient receives a version written for them.

3

Send and track per row

Messages go out from your own Gmail address, and each one carries its own ping, so opens and clicks are attributed to the exact person.

Questions, answered

Does each recipient see the others?

Never. A mail merge sends an individual email to each person: no shared To or Cc line, so every message reads like a one-to-one note.

What can I personalize?

Any column in your CSV. Name and company are common, but you can merge a deal amount, a renewal date, a city, whatever you've captured.

Can I track replies alongside opens?

Yes. Each merged send is tracked on its own, so your dashboard shows who opened, who clicked, and who wrote back, row by row.
