Does the recipient need an account?
No. Tracked documents open in an ordinary browser viewer: recipients click the link and read. All the analytics stay on your side.
Does the recipient know the document is tracked?
The document opens in Fast Mail Tracker's viewer, so the link itself is visibly served by us. What you see (per-page timing) stays on your side of the glass.
What exactly is measured?
Each viewing session records who opened the document, at what time, and the seconds spent per page, enough to see which pages held attention and which were skipped.
