Terms of Service
The rules for using Fast Mail Tracker, in plain language. Last updated August 2026 - this is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice.
Three things to know
One account, your responsibility
Keep your credentials secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under it, and for complying with the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you.
Send only what's lawful
Tracking is for your own follow-up, not for harassment, deception, or impersonation. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service.
Plans update, you stay in control
Paid plans are billed yearly. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from settings - cancellation returns you to the free tier at period end, nothing is deleted.
