Managing your plan
Fast Mail Tracker has a free plan that never expires and two paid tiers that unlock deeper tracking and outreach. This article covers what's included and how to change your plan whenever your needs shift.
The plans at a glance
- Free ($0): unlimited tracked emails, signal-ramp receipts in Gmail, and instant open alerts. Every open we show is 100% verified with robots filtered out; on Free you see your first verified open with its exact time. You also get link clicks on about 25 emails, roughly 10 tracked PDFs, around 250 basic mass emails, one no-reply reminder, MyCRM contacts, and a daily summary. Your tracking history covers the last seven days, and Free sends carry a small "Sent with Fast Mail Tracker" signature.
- Plus ($1.00 a month; billed yearly it is $10.00, 12 months for the price of 10): everything in Free, plus the full verified timeline (every open, exact timestamps, and re-opens, not just the first), no promotional signature, unlimited link-click tracking, no-reply follow-up reminders, a sixty-day tracking history, and a larger tracked-PDF allowance.
- Pro ($1.99 a month; billed yearly it is $19.90, 12 months for the price of 10): everything in Plus, plus seeing exactly who opened your group emails, campaigns and mail merge and scheduled sends (no artificial campaign cap: everything your Gmail allows), complete tracking history, weekly and monthly reports, unlimited tracked PDFs and eSign, email templates, eSignature requests with an audit trail, a delivery certificate on every tracked email, per-email data deletion, and priority support.
The free plan is free forever; upgrading is self-serve from the dashboard and takes effect immediately.
Upgrading or downgrading
Open the extension, go to your account settings, and choose a plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, so a feature you unlock is available on your very next send. If you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then rolls to the lower tier.
Billing basics
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Billed yearly, twelve months cost the price of ten. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your location. Your invoices are available from the billing section of your account at any time.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from account settings. Cancelling stops future charges and returns you to the free plan at the end of your current period. You keep tracking your email, just on the free tier's limits. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again anytime.
